This heart healthy breakfast is full of fiber and omega 3’s. It’s also rich in calcium to keep your bones healthy and strong.
Ingredients:
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 ¾ cups of 2% milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp of peanut butter or alternative
1 banana
Serves: 2
Directions:
In a bowl add in oats and 1 whole banana. Mash banana and mix it well into the oats. Next add milk, chia seeds, and peanut butter. Stir mixture well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
