This recipe provides an excellent source of calcium.

Directions:

Cut pears in half, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in the oven at 375 for 30 minutes or until pears are soft.

Allow pears to cool for 10 minutes. Serve with cottage cheese, chopped dates and walnuts on top.
